ADRIAN THOMAS

After many years in senior management roles and advocating in the workplace for better understanding of mental ill health, Adrian, along with his wife Michelle set up their own mental health charity in 2016. Inspired by the charities impact, Adrian set up RYP Wellbeing in 2018, later changing the name to The Resilience and Wellbeing Company to better reflect the full range of services and to able to support organisations that share the same values of Respect, Open Curiosity, and Boldness.
